The hotel had very nice and clean rooms, with a comfortable bed and a great shower covering all the basics, but they were slightly cramped. The service was helpful and friendly overall, but at times required extra prompts to get things done. The location was convenient, off the highway, and perfect for our needs, though there was a smoking area to pass through. The dining experience was good, with ample options, but there were instances of items not being replenished in a timely manner. The facilities were well-kept and clean, providing a good overall experience.

When we arrived, the room was not the best as it was so small that my wife's wheelchair would not fit into the bathroom. Despite being a bit outdated and needing some repairs, it was clean and comfortable. The housekeeper's behavior was not pleasant as they entered rudely after just one knock on the door.
